    WARMUP:
    500 m run
    PVC stretch
    15-10-5 wall ball, box jump, kettle

    WORKOUT:
    3 SETS 15-15 burpees, pullups

    Roller stretch

    Dead lift 5
    Overhead press 3-3

    WOD: 21-15-9 WB/KB 4:18

    Warmup 3 sets: 10 slam balls, 10 squats, PVC squats, kettle bell 20 kg

    Workout: 4 sets 25 Hindu pushups/50 Hindu squats/25 pushups/50 squats
    600 reps total
