Nov 7 2012 L1 Crossfit

WARMUP:
 Burpees

LEARN:
Kettle bell squat/swing 16 lb
Back squats (PVC)
Burpees

WORKOUT: 4 sets of 25 each kettle bells and burpees. 

45 minutes total

  1. Woke up 1 am really hungry, that's the measure of a good workout! Peanut butter, cheese, milk, dried cranberries, slice of leftover pizza.
